Clean apartments are fully taken care of inside and out Great place to live minus the entrance and exit of the facility Kind of hard leaving on the service road of Sunrise Hwy Other than that very happy with complex

This place does not deserve any stars; the "office" is never staffed. They are not attentive to repair requests, such as a malfunctioning air conditioner in the summer, and there are too many Section 8 rentals.
