2022-02-04T18:59:56ZGreat location its tough to find a safer neighborhood that has so much to offer The apartment itself is also fantastic Roomy unique layout we live in a 2bdr end unit with a terrace Like most other places with reviews it loses a star for upkeep and ba Great location its tough to find a safer neighborhood that has so much to offer The apartment itself is also fantastic Roomy unique layout we live in a 2bdr end unit with a terrace Like most other places with reviews it loses a star for upkeep and bad information before we moved in Although the gym is equipped with flatscreen tvs they havent worked since the building first opened Also the refrigerators have ice makers cool right Not so fast A lot of them arent hooked up and piping in the building is not set up for them to ever be used AC units work but leak into the walls leaving soggy crumbling water spots that are just painted over rather than fixing the problemsnOverall though these are minor inconveniences but unexpected when paying so much I would still recommend this building more ...
