In order to live there, one must be 55+ and there is a variety of apartments from which to choose - studio, one or two bedrooms - all with lovely views and some with balconies, ideal for small gatherings and taking in the lovely weather. I have been a resident since April 2016, and it's been the best decision I have made since my husband passed away three years ago. The occupants are friendly, and the community room is spacious and can be used for private functions [it boasts a full kitchen, as well as dishes, silverware and glassware for use]. Plus, there are two elevators on each floor for those who don't want to take the stairs, though the stairwells are wide with attractive wooden banisters. The staff is equally lovely - the manager Pat always has a smile on her face and doesn't mind if people drop by during her workday. The maintenance duo, Mike and James, are always around to make sure everyone is content and will fix virtually anything. Mike is on-site all the time, for added convenience.
