Nevertheless, I was still interested after the tour and told James I could pay for the full year lease in advance. He said I was the first to pick out of two units. I went to the office to fill out an application, but was met by a woman who was trying to turn me away until I explained why I was there. She became very loud and called me Mr. First Name. I completed the simple application and drove to udf to buy a money order for the application fee of $15. James said he would call me on Tuesday, but it is now July 7th and I have not heard from anyone at the office, even though I have called and left messages multiple times. I have also contacted Community Builders and their parent company at the regional offices, but my calls and messages have not been answered. I am out $15 and feel like I have been scammed or even discriminated against. If anyone from the Pointes or any umbrella company (posing as community forward) would like to comment on this Google review, there is no need to ask for my number - I have left it all around. more ... hide ...

We have requested various repairs, but the majority of them still remain unresolved and we moved in two months ago. Kids frequently shout, run and play in the corridors until late at night. There are cockroaches and no restaurant that delivers to the address. Additionally, there are crevices between the floor and walls in some areas and some of the windows don't have screens. However, the appliances are new and the windows are sizable and the ceilings are quite tall. Furthermore, the walls are a pleasant cream color and freshly painted, but for what we pay, we won't be renewing the lease when it expires. more ... hide ...
