Edit Rental Inquiry I�m the only occupant except I have a small sweet dog she is 6 yrs. I currently live at 617 S. River St. Franklin Ohio #B 45005. The owner is Chad Hagins his number is 9376843249. I�m wanting to move because I live upstairs and I have 14 steps to go in and out of the apt. I�m on disability. I have lived here since January 2017. I�m not a criminal I don�t even have a traffic citation. I don�t own a car now since splitting with my exhusband. Before living here I stayed with him at his parents house.
