Its been over 30 days since we lost our Central air We cant open our windows because of the holes in our screens Had an inspection they new about the problems way before The property manager always has a problem with everyone

The management is terrible - they never return calls and there was always someone coming in to do maintenance and inspect the apartment, so our privacy was practical I hate to leave such a negative review, but here I am. When we moved in, the apartment was not clean. Cobwebs were everywhere, the carpet was not replaced, and the fridge and freezer had not been cleared out. We later discovered that none of the windows locked, but when we put in a maintenance request, they told us they knew the windows didn't lock! The rent was always paid within the grace period, but they threw it away "by accident" and tried to evict us for missing one month's rent, even though they acknowledged they had thrown it away. Over the year and a half we lived there, the rent was increased twice. Also, we had an issue with bugs throughout our stay, which was particularly concerning as we had a young child.
