My favorite thing about living there is the community of residents; many of them are close and look out for each other. Before Covid, we had a Common Room for hosting parties and gatherings, a TV room with a mini kitchen, a fitness room, and a path with benches that circles the building. Our Service Coordinator, Kim Schultz, works hard to keep us entertained during Covid. The landscape in front and behind the building is also lovely, with grass and trees. The apartments are typically clean and maintenance-free, and repairs are done promptly. Management is very thorough, although there are times when it feels like it is overworked. I gave it four stars for a couple reasons. The building is secure with locked doors, but some residents disregard the lease rules and let people in who don't belong. The second star I deducted is because when I moved in back in 2015, the former manager said Winton House would be getting cameras soon, but it still hasn't happened.
