There are upkeep issues that are unattended to. Elevators were inactive for four months. Security monitors were all terminated. Parking area is so squalid it looks like a garbage dump. It is no longer a senior building as they will lease to anyone. Smoking and marijuana smoking is a frequent event and the passageways are so smoky a few days you can scarcely observe. Crying babies that continue for 24 hours and never rest. What was already a great community is presently an alarming situation.I'm not certain where certain individuals beneath live however Nazareth Towers is not as they depicted it. It is HUD subsidized housing for seniors. Those of us who live here are very blessed. The structure is kept very clean, no bugs or rodents, the maintenance team are very friendly and accommodating and the office staff is amiable to me. I guess they get a little tired of the individuals who are continually grumbling however in the event that you pay your VERY REASONABLE Rent on time and follow the building rules you will like living here as much I do.Is the structure old? Yes. Could the foyer need some improvement? Yes. Is any building with rents this low ideal? No. Yet in general it is an agreeable spot to live with a pleasant staff, on-site security and friendly neighbors. I feel fortunate to live here. more ... hide ...

Absolutely love the new management under wallick communities Demetria Liz and Ms Mary are amazing They have changed so much already

I have a friend that lives here This would be called a gated community if it werent an apartment complex Doors are locked you have to be buzzed in Sometimes theres a security guard at the front The elevators usually work The carpets have a strange sm I have a friend that lives here This would be called a gated community if it werent an apartment complex Doors are locked you have to be buzzed in Sometimes theres a security guard at the front The elevators usually work The carpets have a strange smell Im not sure if its cleaning fluid or some thing else My friends apartment is good for him two bedrooms he has a nice view of the parking lot And its quiet I have never heard anybody making noise while I was in his apartment Since I dont pay the bills I cant remark on how much it costs I do know he complains occasionally about hot water and electrical problems Heating occasionally also I do not know who the management facility is but they probably should spend a little bit more time looking at the overall infrastructure of the building more ... hide ...
