There are upkeep issues that are unattended to. What was already a great community is presently an alarming situation.I'm not certain where certain individuals beneath live however Nazareth Towers is not as they depicted it. It is HUD subsidized housing for seniors. Those of us who live here are very blessed. The structure is kept very clean, no bugs or rodents, the maintenance team are very friendly and accommodating and the office staff is amiable to me. I guess they get a little tired of the individuals who are continually grumbling however in the event that you pay your VERY REASONABLE Rent on time and follow the building rules you will like living here as much I do.Is the structure old? Yes. Could the foyer need some improvement? Yes. Is any building with rents this low ideal?
