Love my new apartment Nice and clean The office staff and the maintenance people are great

Have lived here going on two years noproblems at first till they rented lower apartment to a woman who is a substance abuser who tried to involve me in a feud she was having with an upstairs neighbor when I stated wanting no part of it she started ha Have lived here going on two years noproblems at first till they rented lower apartment to a woman who is a substance abuser who tried to involve me in a feud she was having with an upstairs neighbor when I stated wanting no part of it she started harassing me by pounding on my door early in the morning and accusing me of throwing trash on steps and having a neighbor across the hall from me do the same and Everytime trash is discovered outside they sack it up and put it in front of the door to my apartment and the office manager will not do anything about it and my health is bad just got out of a nursing home from having a second stroke the current office manager will do nothing about itim a good tenant who doesnt bother anyone and always pay my rent on time yet Im being menaced more ... hide ...

I use to live thete 9 uears ago i lived thete for 8 years with my daughter she was 3 mths old when we moved in Moved out when she was 7 years old Or so Loved it there so much Had great neighborhood n good people at times

Not the best place to live in Marietta Have nothing against management they are good decent people Its the type of people that live here People think they are important with their stupid car clicker sounds or they are too damn lazy to lock their d Not the best place to live in Marietta Have nothing against management they are good decent people Its the type of people that live here People think they are important with their stupid car clicker sounds or they are too damn lazy to lock their doors in a quiet and respectable manner They have steel doors on all units that shut themself so if they dont catch it they slam and shake the whole building like an earthquake no joke Then you have people with their optionally installed screen doors that creek fairly loud One of the neighbors goes in and out the door like its a window Cant wait to get away from these no life bums more ... hide ...
