Lets just say im looking for another place now Lol

I have lived here for at least 6 months Tammy our leasing lady is so amazing I was nearly homeless with my kids escaping a domestic violence situation last year and she helped me not give up the process and I got my denial overturned My children and I have lived here for at least 6 months Tammy our leasing lady is so amazing I was nearly homeless with my kids escaping a domestic violence situation last year and she helped me not give up the process and I got my denial overturned My children and I finally have a beautiful place to call home The grounds have the most beautiful generational roses and trees that are kept it beautiful condition Any concerns or worries I have as a resident get handled immediately by staff Our maintenance guy Josh is hands down one of the best maintenance men Ive had in my many years of apartment living I have grown up in apartment complexes so I have known allot He is always thorough respectful clean timely and very efficient The community is so kind and thoughtful Most of the neighbors are very sweet and look out for each other I feel very blessed to be apart of this little community I know I have Tammy and Josh to thank I love OakHills Thank you more ... hide ...

I lived here for 3 years We went through a bunch of managers in that time There were fires being lit in the bushes laundry room which was next to my room garbages and on my vehicle The cascade management literally did nothing but hire part time night I lived here for 3 years We went through a bunch of managers in that time There were fires being lit in the bushes laundry room which was next to my room garbages and on my vehicle The cascade management literally did nothing but hire part time night security after I threaten to sue them They had a lot of druggies and my husband and I even found a needle in the parking lot The onsite management is very un involved and rude They manager hands out lease violations and inspections like candy I suggest to look elsewhere for a low income apartment more ... hide ...

Where do I begin Lets start with the landlord We have had many problems in our apartment all of which were reported for a work order we wouldnt see the maintainance guy for weeks Our refrigerator was broken toilet chain broken but they no longer made Where do I begin Lets start with the landlord We have had many problems in our apartment all of which were reported for a work order we wouldnt see the maintainance guy for weeks Our refrigerator was broken toilet chain broken but they no longer made parts for a toilet that old so instead of getting us a new one they halfassed it to use a paperclip to hold it together The landlord is usually out of his office for one reason or another and is very hard to get ahold of him especially regarding work orders Our last month in this apartment was hell to put it lightly A lot of the neighbors arent friendly and one often reported us for a kid stomping around in our apartment sometimes at hours that none of us would even be awake like 1am So do yourself a favor look elsewhere Staying in these apartments is not worth the hassle especially if you have children more ... hide ...

I dont think I could keep on without the support of my nrighbors sfter my girlfriend died last year theyve been amazing
