They said the only thing they could do would be to return the check and I could send them the correct amount but there would be additional late fees. They said the check, took a week to get there from US BANK bill pay? I was also told there would be additional late fees since I overpaid and would have to send another check. Late fees are accessed by when received, not when mailed they told me. Before COVID-19 struck, monthly dinners were held here as well as arts and crafts sessions led by residents; additionally, there is a weekly cleaning crew that comes through to vacuum up the communal areas. Our building is situated in Goose Hollow near Providence Park stadium place Fred Meyers and The Pearl on 23rd Avenue; it's within walking distance of lots of interesting places plus during summertime there's even mini golf popping up in the parking lot behind us!
