It is cold and barren looking as you walk into the lobby. Nothing feeling homey. The colors they have chosen for the walls are horrible. Red? Out of the three (3) places we visited, we preferred the Roosevelt due to its peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The leasing agent we met was very professional, kind, and responded to all of our queries. The sights are wonderful, the rooms are comfy, and the maintenance staff is always there when you need something fixed. I would recommend this to anyone who works downtown, for a hospital or school. It is in a very convenient area for all sorts of attractions. For those looking for a newly refurbished one bedroom apartment, this is the place to be!
