My name is Jamie and I'm a resident of the Roosevelt for already 3 years. I always wanted to live downtown, and the Roosevelt was the ideal decision for me and anyone else considering relocating downtown. The building is in the center of town in a prime spot, near an abundance of restaurants, Point State Park, and Market Square. With the world reopening, there are lots of concerts and shows coming up. I absolutely adore my apartment, which is my own little haven. The size, set up, location – everything about it is ideal for me. The building has a laundry and community room, as well as a gym inside. Ms. Dana, the building manager, will ensure you feel welcomed and at home right away. Not to mention, she decorates the lobby for every holiday, putting you in the spirit right away. If there is an issue, let her or Mr. Wayne, the maintenance man, know and they'll take care of it promptly. So, if you're looking to move and adore city life, the Roosevelt is the perfect option for you!more ...hide ...

I can smell it constantly right through the walls. I am told their is nothing that can be done unless they are caught in the act? Everyone can smell it when they go into their apartments. I Have lived their for four years and in the last 2 years it has gone done hill. It looks like a dump. their is no place in the lobby for a senior who has walking or standing issues to sit and wait on a ride, Or even wait to speak to the RSC. It is cold and barren looking as you walk into the lobby. Nothing feeling homey. The colors they have chosen for the walls are horrible. Red? Put in a soft Blue calming and serene, more neutral. The only positive I can say is they have hired a fantastic RSC. And its close to everything.more ...hide ...
