On July 18, I sent her the same paper again and I also called the office to make sure she had received the email and she phoned me back at 5 pm. It was like the office was empty and she was pretending to address the issue, but I couldn't hear her on the other end, she was quiet. I then sent her an email again and called from my daughter's phone; she answered, but was silent again and no one spoke. She then sent me an email saying the problem was with the phone. After that, she sent another email saying my case had been denied and the reason was something else. This is not my fault that the line didn't work and it's not my fault that they didn't try to contact me to attempt to solve the problem.
