This complex will turn them down, yet people who have been living here for more t This place is a disaster area! The apartments are well-maintained but the management is terrible! I work with young females, most of whom are single parents aged 18-21. This complex will turn them down, yet people who have been living here for more than 10 years with five or six kids in a two bedroom flat are allowed to stay. People inhabiting this complex have nice cars, and men who are not on the lease reside with them and sell drugs from the apartment. I am aware of this because I aided a couple of them a couple of years ago to get an apartment there. This place is a blessing for those who save their money and strive to get out of poverty. I'm also confused as to how boys and girls can reside in the same room, with teenagers sharing with toddlers and infants. I work for a non-profit organization, and it is disheartening to see these young ladies not being able to have a place of their own because women who have been in the complex for ages refuse to move and give these young girls a chance to make it on their own. This place should be a stepping stone, and not permanent housing for women who keep having children knowing they can stay in their two bedrooms. It is inconceivable that so many people can live in these two bedroom apartments; it should be a fire hazard.
