Overall its a good place Very little cleaning in common areas and old carpetflooring in most apartments While getting my uncle settled recently I saw the same trash items remaining on the floor of lobby for 4days and the same LV flyer strewn on gro Overall its a good place Very little cleaning in common areas and old carpetflooring in most apartments While getting my uncle settled recently I saw the same trash items remaining on the floor of lobby for 4days and the same LV flyer strewn on ground in front of the building even today Obviously no one sweeps or cleans common areas or entryway which is bothersome but we just remind my Tio to wash his hands and try to limit going outside of his apartment Neighbors are nice and friendly One lady in office is especially helpful more ... hide ...

Great place for retirees I am not sure if they accept section 8 but it wouldnt hurt to ask God bless them all for there services nice building great location wheelchair accessable

I had a wonderful friend who lived there years ago Bea Hernandez God bless her she passed away Visited a new friend there recently and looks like they have renovated and spruced things up Nice living for retired seniors on a limited budget
