Even though you live there, they will still tow away your car. They have an apparently lucrative arrangement with Capital Towing to take away vehicles registered with the apartment. Last night, my daughter moved in and this morning, when she woke up, her car was gone. After calling the police, it was confirmed that it was towed. When we went to the office, the lady said to get it back, we'd have to pay up to $300 and show a sticker on the car. But my daughter had only just moved in and hadn't had a chance to put one on yet. The lady said there was nothing she could do, citing policy. She gave us a card for the towing company, only to find out they only communicate via email - no phone number! We have emailed them multiple times with no response. The police told us to take it to small claims court because this is a common occurrence at this complex. It's wrong that they are allowed to take your car when you live there!more ...hide ...

Well taken care of and they are watchful over the residents...mail is sometimes an issue but not enough to move. The staff are wonderful caring people.

My neighbor had a dog that would bark constantly day and night. Another neighbor would let their kids run around in middle night jumping on cars while they did drugs.Management claimed they cannot do anything about noisy neighbors or dogs. I ask to be moved to another apartment with the complex and was told you cannot switch apartments because of noisy neighbors. Then my roof started leaking Everytime it rained. After a full year and furniture now ruined, the leak is still not fixed. A year trying to fix a roof and still wouldnt let me move. The management here is incompetent and will not help you in any way. I would not recommend living here. You would be better off spending more each month to live someplace else.more ...hide ...
