The lady said there was nothing she could do, citing policy. She gave us a card for the towing company, only to find out they only communicate via email - no phone number! We have emailed them multiple times with no response. The police told us to take it to small claims court because this is a common occurrence at this complex. After a full year and furniture now ruined, the leak is still not fixed. A year trying to fix a roof and still wouldnt let me move.The management here is incompetent and will not help you in any way.
