The residents seem to like living herenThere is sometimes an unpleasant odor that doesnt last a long time in the hallways luckily you cant smell it in the apartments yet The maintenance crew does a decent job with the upkeep of the facility and resid The residents seem to like living herenThere is sometimes an unpleasant odor that doesnt last a long time in the hallways luckily you cant smell it in the apartments yet The maintenance crew does a decent job with the upkeep of the facility and resident issues The doors into each complex lock automatically and need a key fob to be accessed which is a really good security measure I only gave three stars because the residents here live on a fixed income and pay for their medication rent utilities and other necessities which just makes it more difficult for them to afford the luxury of cable or internet which would be nice if the management would provide it for them more ... hide ...

She should not be collecting a fee for the second permit; she is pocketing the money from the tenants for the parking passes. Most of the inhabitants obtain food from the Corpus Christi Food Bank; she cancelled it in December. The manager did this so the tenants would not be receiving their usual monthly delivery of food. She did allow the Food Bank to come back in January 2016. The recreation room, also known as the Club House, had been rented out to outsiders for private functions in December and the manager was collecting the money. No outside parties are allowed. This woman manager believes she is like a deity controlling all tenants. She treats everyone badly. Eight to ten people have access to the office, so that they can go in to watch cable TV; these are her favorites. This place needs investigation by the Corpus Christi Housing Authority and the Federal Government, who pays the majority of these disabled people. They pay a portion according to their income. It is disheartening that one manager has so much power. SOMEONE NEEDS TO INTERVENE. The firm that owns the building is based in Houston, Texas; they are slumlords. more ... hide ...
