I lived just down the hall and went to grab lunch. Thirty minutes later, I return to the lobby to see a small crowd of people standing next to a huge hole in the wall! Same thing happened with some local transients kept being spotted either wandering around wearing all black hoodies, or the cleaning crew surprised by some guy. Sleeping in a bathroom (they never bothered to repair the lock on the fence in the back despite being told numerous times). I started living there in 2017 shortly after having gone through a really rough health scare in New Mexico. My lungs were frail and I had to be on oxygen tanks all the time. I was sitting in the lobby and one of the agents came over and plugged in a fake perfume room deodorizer, very strong smelling stuff. There was no letting me know what she was doing. She just plugged it in and walked away! My oxygen tank was really obvious I would think. I decided to go to my apartment, just 100 feet down the hall. As I started walking I saw the other leasing office agent holding up a can of Air freshener, spraying it nonstop as I was forced to breathe in the chemicals. No apologies.
