Poor Service!!!! AC kept messing up. This past summer I was without AC for 2 weeks!!! Mind you I have 2 boys and was 8 months pregnant at the time!!! I was also working from home due to pandemic. I sent multiple emails about the $300 deposit I left, no one ever answered or called me back! Fast forward to 02/06/2021 I receive a collections account on my credit report! I call the collections agency and the person says the account was opened by Casa Saldana because I failed to pay Novembers rent?!! I moved out in OCTOBER!
