No stars at all!!! Poor Service!!!! AC kept messing up. This past summer I was without AC for 2 weeks!!! Mind you I have 2 boys and was 8 months pregnant at the time!!! I was also working from home due to pandemic. They take their sweet time to fix things. They NEVER fixed our shower. I REGRET renting at Casa Saldana I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! I called Cindy to say I would be moving out in October ended up moving out 10/05/20 so I had to pay Octobers rent. I sent multiple emails about the $300 deposit I left, no one ever answered or called me back! Fast forward to 02/06/2021 I receive a collections account on my credit report! I call the collections agency and the person says the account was opened by Casa Saldana because I failed to pay Novembers rent?!! I moved out in OCTOBER! No one ever called or emailed to say I owed anything?!?! If anyone is planning on renting with Casa Saldana DO NOT!!!!!!!!!! more ... hide ...

Ive been leaving here for the past 6 years. When I first moved in it was great, the pool was opened by 10 am and closed at 9 pm, then they changed the hours from 10 am to 5 pm and now its not even opened. Something wou ld go wrong with the apartment the maintenance man was sent right away. Even the park was nicely kept, and the grass wasnt as burned as it is now. You cant even walk on the grass because you run the danger of spraining your ankle due to the uneven lawn and holes. Also was told could not have a pit, because we couldnt have a bbq. They have so many demands but do nothing to better the complex that one lives in. more ... hide ...

worse place to live at ,office people especially the fat female w glasses thinks she owens the place kicks everyome out of the pool for her 20 and some family members to barbaq on their own.when they clearly sended a not e to everyone pools were close bevause of covid they still go in more ... hide ...
