The property manager here thinks your life is a joke she is not helpful to residents nor does she care to be The people who own these apartments had to pick her She is simply a reflection of them

I would first like to start off by saying that the community is very inclusive I could always tell what was going on in everybodys lives and homes Some might say this is borderline invasive but I think it really added to the community feeling The ent I would first like to start off by saying that the community is very inclusive I could always tell what was going on in everybodys lives and homes Some might say this is borderline invasive but I think it really added to the community feeling The entire neighborhood is really inviting For example Scary Gary the neighborhood convict by the way those allegations were completely bogus would talk to every kid in the neighborhood especially when they were unaccompanied by adults which just goes to show that he was a real friendly guy He even gave us candy one night and invited us in his apartment I personally dont think that he was guilty but apparently the judge disagreed I also had a few spiritual encounters while there One day as me and my cousin were riding around the neighborhood on our bikes we saw what appeared to be Jesus walking around in the nude That sighting genuinely changed me as a person The neighborhood is also very close to an elementary school which is good because all of the residents including Gary who didnt have kids but thats not important had easy and quick access to the school I would just like to say again that I think he was wrongly convicted The walk to school was always my favorite part of the day because it was during the morning rush when the street between the apartment complex and the school was really busy so me and the neighborhood kids would play Frogger and try not to get hit RIP Thomas The complex was also just a street away from a strip of stores that included The Candy House and Super K and also that one place behind all the stores that wouldnt tell us what they sold Another positive aspect was the noises Many residents leave their doors open and blast really loud music so its like a community dance party all the time The sound of the police sirens at night really made you feel safe and the strange screaming noises after midnight really helped me fall asleep Theres also many opportunities to meet new people as residents are constantly moving out of the apartments due to the criminal activity All in all I would give this place a 85382 out of 9 because of the family friendly atmosphere and the good times I had there before I was arrested more ... hide ...

I have resided on this estate for nearly 7 years. Initially, it was great; however, due to all the changes in management, the condition has drastically deteriorated. For example, my ceiling in the main bathroom caught fire and still hasn't been repai I have resided on this estate for nearly 7 years. For example, my ceiling in the main bathroom caught fire and still hasn't been repaired, the destruction caused by Hurricane Harvey has not been fixed, the majority of units have cockroaches, maintenance hardly ever resolves any issues, and hot water is seldom available. This property is definitely not a suitable place for families or anyone else to live. Around 90% of the inhabitants are involved in drug usage or dealing, making it dangerous for my children and me. The most disheartening thing is, there is nothing you can do about any of these issues because the property owners and management do not care about the tenants or the property. The office is run by crooks who use the state funding for their personal luxurious vacations and new cars while the tenants experience terrible living conditions. I hope our president soon takes action against bad properties like this one. more ... hide ...
