I would first like to start off by saying that the community is very inclusive. I could always tell what was going on in everybodys lives and homes. Some might say this is borderline invasive, but I think it really a dded to the community feeling. The entire neighborhood is really inviting. For example, Scary Gary, the neighborhood convict (by the way those allegations were completely bogus) would talk to every kid in the neighborhood, especially when they were unaccompanied by adults, which just goes to show that he was a real friendly guy. He even gave us candy one night and invited us in his apartment. I personally dont think that he was guilty but apparently the judge disagreed. I also had a few spiritual encounters while there. One day, as me and my cousin were riding around the neighborhood on our bikes, we saw what appeared to be Jesus walking around in the nude. That sighting genuinely changed me as a person. The neighborhood is also very close to an elementary school, which is good because all of the residents, including Gary (who didnt have kids but thats not important) had easy and quick access to the school (I would just like to say again that I think he was wrongly convicted). The walk to school was always my favorite part of the day, because it was during the morning rush when the street between the apartment complex and the school was really busy so me and the neighborhood kids would play Frogger and try not to get hit (RIP Thomas). The complex was also just a street away from a strip of stores that included The Candy House and Super K and also that one place behind all the stores that wouldnt tell us what they sold. Another positive aspect was the noises. Many residents leave their doors open and blast really loud music, so its like a community dance party all the time. The sound of the police sirens at night really made you feel safe, and the strange screaming noises after midnight really helped me fall asleep. Theres also many opportunities to meet new people as residents are constantly moving out of the apartments due to the criminal activity. All in all, I would give this place a 8.5382 out of 9 because of the family friendly atmosphere and the good times I had there before I was arrested. more ... hide ...

The most irritating thing in life, is the lady that did my application \"\". She is full of it. She gives you the run around on the update. She doesnt close her mouth and listen at all. I had applied, but my application March 23. Ive spent nearly 2 1/2 hours trying to fix the application. Put down a $400 for the apartment. She said if we backed out of the process then we wont get the money back. After 2 weeks, we learned that she was trying to get us to back out. Instead we waited them out. They said I was not approved because I had old unpaid electric bill from 4 years ago. But that was taken off my credit. The website they go off is annuacreditreport.comI looked it upand it was not on there. It was taken off my credit almost 2 years ago. THEY LIED. I wasnt going to my daughter in lease because she wouldnt be full time living with us and a different school district. The lady kept telling me to put down a school by the complex. But I never applied for the school because we dont live there. She said since I received child support then she has to be in the lease. The max income is 67,000 my was like 56,000. Claimed I made to too much. Lies. She will say that she did something and wouldnt have. I honestly dont even know why she works there if she has no people skills. If you wanna feel dumb for 5 seconds then go apply. Whatever you do if you pay a deposit, dont back down. Wait them out. They are great manipulators. Dont let them get your money. She wanted 4 pay stubs and we did that. She calls us tell us that we didnt give her 4 paystubs. After going back and forth, she finally said \" I need one for the 25\" but we applied on the 23rd. Its impossible to get a paystub that we didnt receive yet. We ended up with lawyer, got us a good size house on land. Im happy. more ... hide ...
