So i will say mill woods is definitely better, cleaner and safer than james crossing. At least there isnt trash all over the property like james crossing, random street fights at all hours of the night, gunshots being heard, shooting behind buildings that force you to duck behind your couches... the list goes on.... mill woods is better all the way around, hands down . more ... hide ...
