Very good for being a low income housing project in a large city Staff does a great job they clearly care about making this a good place to live and theyre very competent which is uncommon for apartment management staff so this is a big plus The a Very good for being a low income housing project in a large city Staff does a great job they clearly care about making this a good place to live and theyre very competent which is uncommon for apartment management staff so this is a big plus The apartments themselves are well maintained and in good shape A lot of closet space for storage A laundry room on site There is a parking lot for tenants and plenty of guest parking and street parking spacesnnThe neighborhood is far from the best but far from the worst A bus stops right in front of the building Theres a police station and bank on the block The North side mall is a 5 minute walk which has many stores including a Coop Goodwill gas station dollar store library McDonalds Walgreens and a hardware store Warner Park is a 10 minute walk and theres a much smaller neighborhood park one block away more ... hide ...
