Furthermore, despite asking for proof within my lease that my apartment had been shown to potential residents without my permission or knowledge (I had already submitted a 60 day notice), I received an email thanking me for this when returning home after being gone one week. Moreover, on Tuesday of that same week there was a note stuck under my door with regards to another showing on Thursday - again without having spoken about it first. Although rent is fairly priced here, if you value your privacy/respect then living here is not recommended as I have been a good tenant paying rent promptly for almost one year yet departing with no positive note. more ... hide ...
