I have been a resident of Central Towers for almost 4 years now, and I have nothing to complain about. You don't often hear an elderly person who has no qualms. Our amenities comprise of subsidized cable, free wi-fi, food shelves coming to us, parties, and various activities. Maintenance is usually done on the same day and we have a receptionist, security guard, chapel, cafeteria, and home health services. What's more, the apartments and the lobby have been newly remodeled and they look stunning. Fast forward 4 years and I'm still content to call this my home. Kirsten and her crew have been so kind to us during the pandemic, ensuring that we have all the food and supplies, along with emotional and mental stimulation. They even brought the vaccines directly here. They were willing to put in extra time and take days off to be there for us. Now that everything is returning to normal, we are enjoying the same services and activities, despite the rising costs and a lack of personnel and resources. If you have any other options before accepting Central Towers as your home Wait for them Chances are you will be unhappy is very high
