Carol was nice and polite, had a couple problems taken care of. From then on everything went downhill. Whoever repaired wall and window frame did not bother coming back to sand or paint. Its gotten worse, the wall is coming apart, and has a large crack across wall above window that continues to get longer. Now the ceiling is starting to bubble - what next????Ceiling coming down with water and flooring from upstairs???Complaints from tenants that live here over 3 years.
