I lived in River Ridge apartments for a year in 2021 before moving out west Out of all the apartments I have lived in this one by far was my favorite I loved the location being a short drive to the VA hospital and around the corner from the interstat I lived in River Ridge apartments for a year in 2021 before moving out west Out of all the apartments I have lived in this one by far was my favorite I loved the location being a short drive to the VA hospital and around the corner from the interstate Theres a few good shopping centers and plenty of gas stations nearby The neighborhood felt safe and I always enjoyed walking my dog around the neighborhood The community seems older but everyone was kind My apartment got a beautiful partial mountain view And for a onebedroom they are very spacy My king size mattress fit perfectly with plenty of space Their maintenance team was absolutely awesome and I enjoyed working with Michaela in the leasing office before she left more ... hide ...

I have been happy at River Ridge until this year Management does NOT take care of maintenance requests They tell us they are going to 1 replace exterior lights 2 do quarterly maintenance visits and replace air filters Theyve done neither They wont fi I have been happy at River Ridge until this year Management does NOT take care of maintenance requests They tell us they are going to 1 replace exterior lights 2 do quarterly maintenance visits and replace air filters Theyve done neither They wont fix my AC now because its not over 85 degrees outside its 82 and its so hot in my apartment And of course the rent is going up up up Wishing I could find another place and get out of here Management is not helpful and very disrespectful I will not be referring anyone else to River Ridge My advice look somewhere else more ... hide ...
