The maintenance was done by an unemployed family member of the on-site manager, and the manager was unprofessional and seemed to prioritize taking care of her grandchildren over her responsibilities to the property. We only stayed for a month, and after moving out to a cleaner and nicer place, we reported Rose Manor and the corporate owner, Southland Management, for their poor management and cover-up. Sadly, I am no longer allowed on the property to help the other tenants with their needs, such as transportation to the doctor, shopping, housework, and laundry, as the manager calls the police and reports me for trespassing.
