CLEAN AIR ACT. HUGE CORPORA TE ISSUES RESOLVING ISSUES. MAINTAINANCE IN APARTMENTS DONE BY A UNEMPLOYED CORPORATE EMPLOYEE OF ROSE MANORWHO IS A FAMILY MEMBER OF ON SITE MABAGER. THE MANAGER OVER ABUSESHER POSITION TO BULLY TENENTS, AND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IS TO BUSY TAKING CARE OF HER GRANDKIDS. THENTAKE CARE OF HER RESPONSAPITIES OVERPROPERTY. I ONLY LASTED 1 MONTH, IT WAS A HUGE M8STAKE!Now that my son and I have moved out and live in a nicer ,cleaner apartment and I reported Rose Manor and SOUTHLAND MANAGEMENT ( CORP. THAT OWNS IT)!AND COVERS UP FOR THE POOR MANAGEMENT. I AM NO LONGER ALLOWED ON THE APARTMENT property to help the other TENENTS that cant get out or drive. To food shop, take them to the DR. , help them with house work, laundry and daily living care. Or the MANGER calls Batesville Police and tells them Im trespassing. Thats SAD WHENI ASKED THE MANAGER OF SHE WOULD DO IT FOR THE TENENTS BECAUSE SHE WONT LET ME, SHE HAD NO REPLY!SHE HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE DISABLED, SICK OR ELDERLY. more ... hide ...
