I had a few years ago left a very positive review it was my first time leaving my mom and I really felt this was going to be her place if time came of residence But I wouldnt put anyone those years of good has turned bad

They display a shocking lack of care and incompetence, especially STNA's Regina and Lejuene. It speaks volumes when a nursing assistant has been in the same position for two decades. Normally, STNA's move on after a few years in a nursing home. This staff doesn't even know how to take blood pressure readings, they lie about the care they provide, and make uninformed remarks about why a patient on a mechanical-soft diet can't have bread but can have potato chips. Residents are often left with dry skin and poor oral care. If your loved one is a resident here, please keep a close eye on them. more ... hide ...
