Multiple property managers and leasing agents were employed in a short timeframe. As a young professional, I felt that Melissa, the property manager, applied the rules to me more strictly than to her friends, who were granted special privileges. For instance, I heard one of them mention bringing a speaker to the pool, something that is not allowed, and saying, "I'll just text Melissa, she lets me do whatever I want." Additionally, wristbands are needed to access the amenities, and for visitors, a guest wristband. I understand why this system is in place, but it makes it hard to have guests on weekends, as the office is closed then and the guest wristbands are only valid for 24 hours.
