They are critically understaffed and do not have the requisite knowledge to do their jobs. Furthermore, if anyone dares to ask questions, they will be punished by being prevented from going on outings which should be paid for. Although I was warned about this place years ago, I had hoped it had changed. But it's still running, which demonstrates the lack of affordable options for people with disabilities. I would not suggest this place to anyone, and suggest saving yourself and your insurance company from a headache by going somewhere else. The only good reviews you will find are from the staff themselves. The daily schedule rarely has more than three activities, one of which is often grocery shopping. more ... hide ...
