Due to failure of a section 8 inspection (in which I had no involvement), they had to do an extensive repair to the property. There was mold in one of the vents, but they never did something regarding it. During wintertime, we lost heat and when I contacted her, she said to just stay in one room and to put heaters in there. Obviously, this is not a reasonable response to someone with two kids. We had already mentioned to her that we were planning to buy a house soon, yet she didn't inform us that if we did so after signing the lease, we would forfeit our deposit. She doesn't have the paperwork ready to sign, and when we refuse to come back and sign due to her mess up, she threatens with eviction. Do yourself a huge favor and rent somewhere else!
