When I first moved in, the problems became apparent in no time - neighbors with no sense of noise control, an apartment with burn holes in carpet and stains on walls/floors, roach/rat issues that they don't care to take care of. The parking lot had three instances of used crack pipes and what looked like crystal meth. Residents are mostly gang-members (Crips) who make it known. During my stay here, a rat made its home inside my apartment and was chewing on carpet under bedroom doors. I reported this issue but when I left I was still charged for the ruined carpets despite having returned the place spotless (except for said carpets).
