When I first moved in, the problems became apparent in no time - neighbors with no sense of noise control, an apartment with burn holes in carpet and stains on walls/floors, roach/rat issues that they don't care to take care of. The parking lot had three instances of used crack pipes and what looked like crystal meth. Residents are mostly gang-members (Crips) who make it known. During my stay here, a rat made its home inside my apartment and was chewing on carpet under bedroom doors. I reported this issue but when I left I was still charged for the ruined carpets despite having returned the place spotless (except for said carpets). Even after requesting to speak with Human Resources or her boss, "no" was all she gave me. Don't rent from this property! more ... hide ...
