Several complaints to the parents and the office have been made, but all that has happened is a passive-aggressive note placed at each door saying that children under 13 need adult supervision, but that hasn't been enforced since the family moved in months ago. In addition, people have been blaring loud music from their cars for 30 minutes or more, and the office has done nothing except send another note, which hasn't had any effect. Before we signed our lease and moved in, we were promised that the rent would remain the same since it is a low-income apartment, however the new owners won't honor that pledge and are increasing our rent by $200 when we renew. Moreover, none of the issues listed have been addressed, apart from more passive-aggressive notes warning of potential legal action (which is impossible since they don't know who is responsible). The woman at the office often doesn't answer the phone, and rarely is there after noon, despite the fact she gets angry and says she has been there all day.
