I have been living here since the beginning and cannot recommend this apartment. I concur with the person underneath me; there is an abundance of mentally impaired individuals acting out of control. At night, when I am inside my flat, I can hear banging on the walls and screaming; it is really frightening. The new manager is a larger lady called Edith. In my opinion, the past manager was more suitable for the building and had many of these troubles controlled. The current manager does not do much and it has had an immense effect on the building. I hope they find someone new quickly to resolve these issues. Previously, everyone used to love and relish the activities, karaoke, and great food. It's too bad that they exchanged out that manager and now this woman is in charge. She is not impolite, but I would not agree with those reviews, as she is indolent and not very proactive with the tenants. I would totally agree that she does not know what she is doing and does not like to confront the mad people and fix the issues. Moreover, the events are appalling now. more ... hide ...
