Six hours after moving in she sent an email about the entirety of the issues she experienced. They blamed the spot not being perfect on her. At the point when she asked to move out they advised her she'll need to pay for 6 months despite the fact that she scarcely lived there for a day, recall, she didn't even rest there. They moved in on Monday and moved out on Tuesday after conversing with Eric the chief. Eric said 60 days installment would work and to email when their stuff was out and leave the keys on the counter. He was messaged Tuesday night about all being out and the keys being left. I was scheduled to tour Lyra at 11 am However due to work and road construction I got there at 1116 Upon arriving I dialed 100 on the intercom as instructed but no one picked up Leasing Specialist Jenee Ellis watched me attempt to buzz in for over a I was scheduled to tour Lyra at 11 am However due to work and road construction I got there at 1116 Upon arriving I dialed 100 on the intercom as instructed but no one picked up Leasing Specialist Jenee Ellis watched me attempt to buzz in for over a minute from the front desk before buzzing me in after I dialed 100 for the second time She informed me that I was outside of their 15 minute grace period it was 1118 by now I would not have minded rescheduling but the fact that she saw me attempting to buzz in and didnt let me in until the second time thereby allowing more time to pass never informed me about the late policy in initial communication or when I emailed at 1050 am letting her know I was going to be late in the first place and was overall just RUDE about the whole situation left me not feeling welcomed or respected If management can treat you like this in a first encounter how can a prospective tenant feel confident this is not the every day culture there Suffice to say I will not be leasing with Lyra in the future Totally disappointed about this whole encounter more ... hide ...
