To make matters worse, they said the replacement was from a vacant apartment. Anything that needs to be fixed usually has a greater underlying problem that needs to be addressed. One time, we reported someone who did not live in the building coming inside, and following my wife around in the laundry room if she was doing laundry at night, but we were told that the person was "harmless" and we should not worry. The fitness room has had the same broken equipment for over two years, and the laundry room often has one or two washers and dryers out of order. The atmosphere is not pleasant.
