The apartments are very old and paint flakes off the walls. Smells do come through the walls, so if your neighbor smokes, you will be able to smell it. No matter how clean your apartment is and you spray roaches wont go away. These apartments are located in a bad neighborhood, crime and gun shots can be heard almost every night.
