Manager is rude spends more time smoking and gossiping then tending to her property The assistant does the most work Horrible place just like the other Summits Bad idea
I love it here The property is very beautiful and I would recommend that people would live here It is very quiet and i am so excited to see my staff everyday Patricia Pinkey
I have stayed out here when they where The Oaks apartments and I can say that they are way better now The people in the office are so helpful and amazing I can see myself here for a little while longer

I lived here for a year and left as soon as my lease was up. The apartments are very old and paint flakes off the walls. Smells do come through the walls, so if your neighbor smokes, you will be able to smell it. ApartmeI lived here for a year and left as soon as my lease was up. Apartments don€™t have dryer/washer hookups in them and appliances barely work. Roaches here are horrible. No matter how clean your apartment is and you spray roaches won€™t go away. These apartments are located in a bad neighborhood, crime and gun shots can be heard almost every night. The security gate barely works so anybody can come right in. Also the staff here aren€™t very professional at all. I would think twice before living here.more ...hide ...
