The laundry room is appalling – the floor is littered with lint, dryer sheets, detergent, and lone socks and underwear! For instance, I asked them to fix my toilet water running, and they initially didn't respond. When they did, they stopped the running water, but also the flushing and caused a leak that damaged the items underneath my sink. The shower temperature is also not consistent; it can go from heavenly to hellish in a second. I already asked for help with this issue, but it's like they didn't even hear. The hallways are always stinky, and the building is not even handicap-accessible since you have to take stairs to reach the elevator. The staff is also not good about replying to inquiries. We've renewed our lease three times, but the monthly rent has still gone up by $500, yet there are no updates to the building. It's not worth what you're paying for. more ... hide ...
