He went out of his way to help my daughter and me with our move-in and to answer any queries during our lease. He was even able to provide information about local resources to use in a financial emergency. I have been living here for eighteen months and have always been treated with respect. The area could be better, though. There are homeless people around, though there is no real danger. It is a safe place and it is not too far away from supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The apartment is close to the light rail and it is just a short ride away from the city center if you want to enjoy the night life. A few tips: these apartments are quite old, so you can expect thin walls and regular maintenance. However, the staff are good at keeping you informed. Many of the tenants have been here for over five years. All in all, if you are starting out or starting over, it is a decent place to stay for a few years. more ... hide ...

From what I could see the apartments looked nice and maintained and the model unit that I toured was nice as well I really wanted to apply here but it was not an easy process When getting to the office I wasnt even greeted I had to stand there and th From what I could see the apartments looked nice and maintained and the model unit that I toured was nice as well I really wanted to apply here but it was not an easy process When getting to the office I wasnt even greeted I had to stand there and then eventually say Hi on my own The touring was a bit awkwardly silent and not so informative Luckily Ive rented before so I knew what questions to ask I do understand that the prices shown online fluctuate but it only took me 30 min to get home the quote sheet that I was given was pretty much invalid By the time I got home the price of the apartment i wanted had gone up 100 Not to mention that none of my emails with questions were responded to and when I did give the office a call I still wasnt helped properly Maybe it was a sign that I would have future issues being a resident here Thank you and good luck Cielo more ... hide ...

Just the right amount of space for a bachelor like me so I know for sure they can fit whatever needs you have for your family with no problem and make sure if you do go you ask for David all the staff is great but I just worked with David personally
