Ive been here for 6 going on 7 years and its been a decent place to live My issue is that I had an ant problem and no matter how much I cleaned sprayed or anything they would not go away and they were coming from downstairs Parking is not good and th Ive been here for 6 going on 7 years and its been a decent place to live My issue is that I had an ant problem and no matter how much I cleaned sprayed or anything they would not go away and they were coming from downstairs Parking is not good and the new on all parking thing they have is awful My biggest issue is that even living there for almost 7 years my rent is jumping more than 400 and thats on top of the 200 increase last year So it is a good place to live Ive enjoyed my time but rent jumping 400 is where I draw the line more ... hide ...

I lived at Elmhurst for 3 years and at the beginning it was so nice and pretty and quiet The complex was bought out 3 times in the 3 years I was there which caused the entire office staff to be replaced 3 times They are so rude and dont care about th I lived at Elmhurst for 3 years and at the beginning it was so nice and pretty and quiet The complex was bought out 3 times in the 3 years I was there which caused the entire office staff to be replaced 3 times They are so rude and dont care about the squirrel infested buildings that is every building in the entire community If you walk around and look up at the buildings theres at least 12 holes in each building due to squirrels The entire neighborhood is infested so if youre going to move in dont move to the 3rd floor nnI would not recommend this over priced complex to anyone more ... hide ...

BEWARE! Having been a resident of this area for some time, I can say that the features that made it worth staying here have been lost after the new management took over. Many of us could put up with most of it, but their new towing policy is simply o BEWARE! Many of us could put up with most of it, but their new towing policy is simply outrageous. Had this been part of the lease agreement, I certainly would not have signed it in the first place. An enforced towing time of 9:30pm-6:00am every night is far too extreme. I can understand if a car has been there for more than three days and is not on the list, but every night? There are no designated guest parking spots, making it feel like we are living in a dormitory rather than an apartment complex. We are located near a college, but that doesn't mean we should be subjected to the same conditions. Additionally, the trash compacter has been broken for over a month. In summary, it is clear why this new towing policy has been implemented: to make a profit off of us tenants. Their financial greed is unmistakable.
