If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The staff at the front desk are friendly enough, but when somebody dies in their apartment, they pressurize you to move out in a week or two and then they deny having seen your belongings, even if you h If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I wouldn't wish such an experience on my worst enemy! When my father-in-law passed away in his apartment, he had already paid rent for the following month. We had gone to Houston to clean out his apartment, leaving some things in a bedroom, and I had videos of what we wanted to keep. We went back again the following weekend to get a trailer to take stuff back with us, but when we checked out his apartment, it had been emptied out, with no trace of the sentimental items that couldn't be replaced. The front office had all my contact information, so they could have gotten in touch with me before disposing of my stuff. They claimed that they hadn't taken anything, so what happened to all his possessions? No one knew. Please consider carefully before living here. Great place with lots of open communication for the deaf and hearing community that lives in residence Aging but beautiful property Set back from the road Each place seems to have its own unique character with parking spaces and a community feel

The apartments contain black mold which they deny, though nobody has come into my apartment in years to check on any of these issues. Rooftops are caving in while they still put up "now leasing" signs! This complex couldn't pass code if given a month's preparation time; so please do not rent here! Whenever concerns are expressed by residents, staff display attitude towards them. I'm taking action by contacting media outlets regarding this appalling living condition: news channels, city codes departments and property owners alike so I can shed light on it all being done here. Recently neighbors moved in next door only for their ceiling to collapse shortly after; Human waste was left around our apartment front for nearly a week until eventually cleaned (but then happened again).
