Honestly I believe the property is in a solid centralized location which allows you be to close major freeways bars restaurants and is only 12 minutes from downtown PHX It is nestled away in a great neighborhood which is very peaceful Management and Honestly I believe the property is in a solid centralized location which allows you be to close major freeways bars restaurants and is only 12 minutes from downtown PHX It is nestled away in a great neighborhood which is very peaceful Management and Maintenance has always been available when needed and are always in the office They do communicate well with residents if there is any issues on the property via text and email My only draw backs are rent increased a little too much for no additional services blame inflation and the influx of new residents And there is a noticeable bugpest problem depending on your unit Though there is an exterminator that comes Ive had to address the issue myself which as worked wonders Other than that its been great living here more ... hide ...

The staff here is very rude and not any help at all and thats if you can ever catch them in the office and calling on the phone is even worse Their hours are till 530 and depending on the day they close early especially on Friday They are very care The staff here is very rude and not any help at all and thats if you can ever catch them in the office and calling on the phone is even worse Their hours are till 530 and depending on the day they close early especially on Friday They are very careless when it comes to money They tried to keep my deposit because they said I did not pay the 1000 break lease fee which I did in a cashiers check Well come to find out after almost two months of arguing and trying to get my deposit back they found my cashiers check and claimed they were not able to cash it but never called us to let us know there was a problem with the check I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY more ... hide ...
